Hello everyone, Siesta here! This is an encyclopedia entry to explain a new concept originally invented by Karina(https://karinabodyswap.blogspot.com/). Although I’ve taken the idea and developed it further with deeper lore and structure, I still want to acknowledge that the core idea belongs to her. Unfortunately, from my perspective, Karina didn’t really attempt to expand or flesh it out. So, I took it upon myself to give it proper world-building and a solid explanation in this entry.
As a special surprise, I’ve also obtained permission from Vel(https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/28758807) and Rere(https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/103588592) to include them in the story as two members "in conflict" over the position of union leader. I’m incredibly grateful to both Vel and Rere for allowing me to feature them in this universe and for being part of the deep lore created around the concept of the Body Swap Union.

Body Swap Union is a global union organization that was born with the purpose of protect the labor rights of workers in Swap Clinics and other industries related to body swapping. Over time, his influence grew until he became a general union that represents workers from all sectors, regardless of whether they have changed bodies or not.
It works like a traditional union, but with the unique power of using body swapping as a tool of negotiation, protest and benefit for its members. Although it has made significant progress in the defense of labor rights, it has also fallen into corrupt practices, manipulation and trafficking of bodies, becoming one of the most powerful and controversial organizations in the world.

In the year 20xx, the multinational Velmond Industries, a leading advanced manufacturing company, was rocked by one of the most controversial labor strikes in the history of the Union.
It all started when Rere, one of the most feared leaders of the union, decided to expand his influence in the region. Through a regional union leader loyal to him, he began to spread the idea that there was a gender pay gap, ensuring that female workers earned up to a 30% less than their male colleagues in the same positions.
The indignation did not take long to spread. The youngest and most charismatic female employees led a massive strike, demanding equal pay and the right to exchange bodies with their male companions as a symbolic form of justice. The company, faced with media pressure and support from the union, gave in to the demands.
However, what the women didn't know was that the entire strike had been orchestrated by men within the union, under the influence of Rere, with the sole purpose of keeping their bodies. Once the exchange took place, the former male employees—now in young and attractive female bodies—were They refused to reverse the change and they used the legal framework of the union to maintain their new identities.
The female workers who previously promoted the strike were trapped in male bodies, many of them marginalized in the company and without the possibility of recovering their former status. Those who benefited from fraud were promoted and protected by the union structure.
The scandal became public, but no direct evidence linked Rere to the manipulation. In fact, he himself appeared at a press conference criticizing the company and calling for more regulation in the exchange processes, coming out stronger from the event and gaining even more power within the union.
Since then, the Velmond strike became a symbol of how power within the GWBU could be manipulated in the shadows, and how body swaps could be used as a tool of domination beyond the simple workplace.

She thought she was one step ahead, but she had no idea that M had been monitoring her every move.
When she finally believed she had enough information to expose him, Helena vanished without a trace. There were no signs of struggle, no security camera footage, not even a farewell note. Her inner circle was alarmed, but the investigation into her disappearance was quickly silenced.
A month later, at the Union’s Annual Year-End Gala, M made a rare public appearance. As always, he presented himself in a female body with long black hair, long legs, and an impeccable outfit: a high-end formal suit, dress pants, and high heels. But something was different this time. Those who had known Helena noticed an eerie familiarity in the way M spoke, in the way he carried himself, in his graceful movements.

Corruption and Nepotism: He surrounds himself with loyal allies whom he rewards with young bodies or positions of power within the union. She favors those who are loyal to her and crushes those who try to challenge her.
Weakness: Her obsession with youth and absolute control makes her vulnerable to internal betrayals. She has also been criticized for using her position to satisfy her vanity instead of actually improving working conditions.
Siesta – The Silent Enigma and the Most Feared of the Syndicate
History and Rise: No one knows his real name, and his origins are a mystery. She is one of the original leaders, but always operated from the shadows. While Karina built the union's public image, Siesta weaved her network of influence in the shadows.
Power Strategy: He changes bodies constantly, but never chooses the same type of appearance. Sometimes she is an innocent young woman, other times a mature woman with an intellectual air. He never leaves any clues about his next move and is always one step ahead of his rivals.

He doesn't inspire fanatical devotion like Siesta nor does he have Karina's political network, but his word is considered law by those who follow him.

He can make pragmatic decisions that benefit the union as a whole, but if he no longer cares about something, he discards it without hesitation. This has led to situations where workers have been abandoned to their fate because the case was "no longer worth it." Vel – The Charismatic Transformationist and Master of Public Image
History and Rise: Vel began his journey in the union as a protest organizer and defender of workers' rights, but quickly stood out for his charisma and his ability to inspire the masses. From the beginning, he was known for his penchant for crossdressing, which made him look like an eccentric in his early years. However, his ability to mobilize people made him a phenomenon within the union.
Over time, and taking advantage of access to body changes, he decided to transform his identity definitively. He chose feminine bodies of young girls, with blonde or silver hair, and began to develop his public image based on beauty and sophistication.Power Strategy:
